If you have a family , this is NOT a place to go very dirty cigarette smell everywhere

Dirty , smell , and breakfast worse hotel breakfast I have had

Location was okay off the highway far enough you didn’t hear it.

I was told at check in breakfast was at 6:30am and it wasn’t until 7am, the shower faucet was broken just shot out one stream of water, the tv was broken the picture was really dark like it was going out

The staff and the service.

We stay there almost every week and we have never had any problems with that hotel. But this past Thursday we got a room on the first floor and we had roaches and smelled kinda funky. My husband didn't want to complain cuz we always stay there but if it was up to me I would've complain and ask for a refund. I hope this situation gets fix and idk if we will stay there again. Needs fumigation asap!!!!!

My family and I ended up checking out early because of serious cleanliness and health concerns in the room. Overnight, my daughter was up sneezing and dealing with significant nasal congestion, and both of my children were having allergy symptoms, including my son, who has severe asthma. At that point, I did not yet know what had triggered it. The following afternoon, when we woke up and my daughter lifted the duvet to get out of bed, the natural light made the duvet insert appear transparent in a way that was not visible under the room lighting. That is when I discovered that the duvet insert had widespread dark spotting, staining, and heavily clumped fill. I also observed visible dark spotting and buildup along the bathroom wall and tile edges that appeared consistent with possible mold or mildew. I documented the conditions with photos. I reported the issue to the front desk and requested a refund because I no longer felt comfortable keeping my family at the property. Instead of handling the complaint professionally, I was met with dismissive responses and comments implying that I had waited too long to complain. I was also told management would follow up, but that did not happen in the timeframe promised. Management later responded by minimizing the condition of the bedding and offered no meaningful resolution. To make matters worse, I never received a receipt for the charges I paid directly to the hotel, and despite repeated requests, it was still not emailed to me. My issue was not just the condition of the room, but the way the entire situation was handled from start to finish. Additionally, none

The location is pretty good! Right in between two highways and lots of places for food and shopping near by

We stayed for an entire week and not once did house keeping come by. They said they come by every 3 days but we had seen the cart in the hall a few times while we were leaving or coming back and not once did house keeping enter our room.
