Breakfast was excellent, The reason of my stay at Hyatt hotel was, I went to a concert and it was 0.2 Miles from the hotel, Paramount Theater walking distance was excellent couple of blocks from the hotel...

If you don’t have a car to park, nice place.

Cleanliness and friendly service.

Parking. No parking at property unless you pay valet which was like $50.00? I think. No place to pull up to door to unload luggage. You had to park on the street or find a pay to park spot down the block. Miserable when you’re tired and just want to lay down.

IT SUCKED WAS NOT ALL I EXPECTED WITH HAVING A VERY HANDICAPPED CHILD

Being up so high with a wheelchair no way to get out if something were to happen, Taking money off my card for no reason,don't like parking my vehicle around the corner because you took extra money off I could not pay for your parking, never stay here again
