Good location, easy to get around even though it’s a very large hotel. Rooms are good and clean, modern enough with good facilities.

Pool area needs some TLC

Chambre située au 17ᵉ étage, offrant une belle vue sur le panneau Hollywood. L’étage était très calme, ce qui a rendu le séjour agréable. La chambre était propre et le ménage était effectué quotidiennement. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son excellente localisation : à deux pas de Hollywood Boulevard et de la station de métro « Hollywood/Highland », qui permet de rejoindre facilement Universal Studios (à un arrêt) ainsi que Downtown.

Le hall d’entrée est trop bruyant : la musique est diffusée à un volume trop élevé, ce qui pousse les clients à parler plus fort pour se faire entendre. Par ailleurs, le quartier manque de charme et n’est pas particulièrement agréable. On y trouve peu d’options pour manger sainement, la plupart des établissements proposant surtout de la restauration rapide.

Valet was amazing Lobby smell: amazing Helipad on the hotel!!

Property is in good location to get to Universal Studios and for Metrolink.

Room was dated and not the cleanest, under the bed was dusty and stale smell in room,bathrooms need upgrading. Staff not the most friendly or helpful.

Location location location!

The bathroom floor had hair on it but it was still above clean room!
