Worst hotel in Miami!!!

I would never go back here ever again, rude staff, I bought breakfast for our family and they charged everyone, showed them that I bought through booking.com, they did not care, 5 staff members interrupted my breakfast with my family to discuss the free breakfast, could not relax, kept going to front desk, then didn’t even get a chance to eat breakfast and got charged for a sip of coffee, $366. no one cared, no one helped, none of their vendors machine worked on all the floors, no one had water to buy there. Horrible dirty place. Bathroom and floors wasn’t clean, I was overcharged and now I have to fight to get our money back. I would tell anyone who wants to come and visit Miami, never stay at this hotel. So very rude!!!

Um hotel para ficar muitas vezes

O check in foi feito com a velocidade possível, o atendimento excelente, a pessoa que nos atendeu respondeu todas as perguntas que foram feitas. O café da manhã é excelente, as pessoas que servem estão sempre de bom humor, atenciosas, presentes. O Optamos por deixar que o hotel fizesse o estacionamento do automóvel alugado. Sempre que necessário, 24 hs por dia, tinha um motorista para trazer o veículo. Todos sempre de bom humor.

O único senão do hotel é a água dos chuveiros. Trata-se de "pingos de água". Isso precisa ser resolvido, porque os banhos nunca eram adequados.
