Gute Lage, großzügig

Der Pool war hoffnungslos überfüllt, viel zu wenig Liegen. Das Reinigungspersonal hat die Türe unseres Appartments offen gelassen!

The staff at the front desk and boat rental location were friendly but the service workers at the bars/restaurants were very dry and not personable. It didn't seem like they had enough workers for those areas and they were overworked. 99% of the people we met (customers) were very rude and demanding and acted as if they owned the resort amenities. Countless times they would purposely walk into you to push you off a sidewalk or jump in front of you while you were trying to order. There are pools located within the facility but were jam packed with people. For a resort that big with a ton of buildings there should be more pools as well as having staff to monitor the pools. There is an adult pool from 8am till 1pm that was filled with kids splashing around because the other pools were too full. Staff did not ask them to leave. Prices at the bar/restaurants were really high and the food/drinks were mediocre. The second we hadroom was beautiful and comfortable. The first room was smelly and the balcony was at eye level with people in the hot tub, we asked to move rooms and the staff was accommodating and moved us after snide remarks from the person the desk agent had to call and ask for permission to move us. The desk agent was nice even though we could hear the person they were talking to on the phone. We checked out a day early and went to a nicer resort due to the lack of amenities available and some dry staff. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff were great. Guests and bar/restaurant staff had no courtesy, at least the ones we met and dealt with each day we were there.

Sehr geräumige und großes Zimmer, tolle Lage (aber Auto unbedingt erforderlich), saubere Pools!

Die Couch mussten wir mitten in der Nacht selbst beziehen, obwohl wir angekündigt hatten dass wir sie brauchen. Auch fehlte eine Decke, es gab nur ein Leintuch und das war zu kalt für die Temperaturen die es mit Klimaanlage im Zimmer gab. Pools waren sehr voll. Restaurant am Golfplatz nicht toll, besser wo hinfahren.
