Not bad 4a 1 nighter, not bad at all

Over night stay located in cool spot N San Juan. About 20 mins from SJU airport plenty to do around the area great balcony view.

Dissapointed

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night before our cruise. The Condado Plaza Hotel is under the Hilton Name. We thought Hilton upheld a Standard.. Very dissapointed in our stay. We paid a lot of money for our rooms... The rooms did not feel clean, floor was sticky. Our room was missing a sofa so no where to sit. Bathroom needed maintence attention. The lobby coffee bar opened 30 minutes late. The young girl working needed help, she seemed lost at making coffee and ringing up our order. We left and went to Starbucks. I would not recommend this hotel...
