Great location and helpful staff.

My room was quite dark and could have been cleaner in some areas.

Brilliant location and beautiful canal views

We had a water leak in our room, despite reporting it after our first night it wasn’t fixed until our last night. The dripping water kept us awake and the carpet was soaked, we ended up putting down towels to try and mitigate the damage. Housekeeping was poor, didn’t seem to notice the wet towels under the leak, and didn’t make our bed, just threw the doona on the bed

Helpful staff, clever notes, and an elevator that’s on vacation. Loved all of it!

The location is perfect. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Lots of little touches that add to the positive experience, such as the free snack, cold drinks and tea and coffee available throughout the day. They gave me a cute snack bag on check out. I would definitely stay here again.
