we loved the stay, great location, huge room that felt like home

Beautiful rooms, canal view with boats floating by all day, nice location, stylish breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff were absolutely exceptional, very polite and very helpful

Location was excellent, the staff were exceptional. Attention to detail was very good from the staff. The hotel was comfortable and clean

I felt the room was disappointing, as we paid a huge amount for a suit, I was slightly disappointed by the room we received. In the spa there was no access to cold water!! Everything in the hotel was very expensive.

Everything about the hotel was 10/10. Food- amazing. Drinks- amazing. Room- amazing. Staff- very attentive. Location - great. Would definitely stay here again.
