Is this place really open?

Great room, great location.

Door did not work. Construction next door was very noisy, early in the morning and all day. Restaurant/bae downstairs was shut down the entire time. No night staff and non working door was a particularly bad mix.

The location was not good.

Hotel and rooms were beautiful, clean a s spacious.

The location was not central and did not appear to be in the best area. There is no reception after 11pm. We asked to check out later and were given one room for an extra hour or they wanted 50% of the nightly rate. Over priced for what you get and where you are.
