The views was amazing. I really enjoyed the patio vibes and the location was perfect. I would definitely return and tell a friend.

The kitchen counter and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and baking a hot meals. The snood peace and luxury the in heart of the city. Don’t hesitate to live and enjoy the scenery of Atlanta in the heights. I saw and beautiful rainbow that late evening from the patio deck. Would most definitely recommend

The building was not secure as described. Secure parking which we paid extra for was not secure, it could be accessed by anyone from the building. Access codes were intermittent, room door code would have to be entered 7-8 times before it would work. There were unknown stains on the sheets and when I contacted the rental agency they requested a picture before new sheets would be delivered. Sheets were delivered in the middle of the night hours later when we were already asleep

Spacious and vicinity to GT university

Very Poor maintenance. Many things are not working properly Garage door didn’t open, Scratched floors, broken handrails, broken Microwave handle, broken balcony door handles, broken insink erator, slow draining showers, poor water heaters, weed smell from neighboring apartments
