I was paying with my credit card at the property and had a different card on file. I ask the staff can I use the credit card. He told me they would be charging one night stay and incidental charge I insert my card and think everything is good. I check out the next day and get home and a day later I get a $50 charge to my card that I had on file. So now I have two charges and they said the $50 was for incidentals and would fall off and it’s been almost a week and it still hasn’t come off yet. Him not sure why you would charge both cards

I have no complaints, my stay was absolutely amazing, my room was very clean and really had a modern look to it. The staff was super friendly, the pricing was affordable, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend 5 star experience 💪💪💪💪💪

The only thing I didn't like was the parking lot situation. It was very confusing because the parking garage is located in another building, and you have to walk out past another building before re-entering the hotel. It took me 30 minutes to figure it out, and that was after security helped me. It was a lot of walking, plus I had my luggage with me.

Almost everyone had at least one dog Room carpet did not smell fresh No bathroom amenities apart from toilet paper, washcloths and towels
