The Good: Hotel is nicely appointed and rooms are comfortable. Neighborhood is walkable and close to restaurants and bars. The Bad: I’ve had better front desk staff experiences at budget hotels. Staff was unhelpful, rude, and made everything arduous. The refused to answer basic questions such as “how much is breakfast?” And made the check in process take over 30 minutes while they struggled to charge our credit cards— 5 times in total. I was charged an additional $500 for two nights above what I paid for the room with no explanation. Won’t be returning.

The hotel was beautifully designed with a theme of a vineyard. I standout with any establishment is the people. The staff from valet to concierge were exceptional. They greeted my family with a smile and were extremely personable yet professional throughout our stay. Kudos to Paul in valet and the man from Detroit can't recall his name who recommended stellar restaurants in the nearby area.
