Wonderful staff and great location for the UT football game.

Petits déjeuners pas a la hauteur,pas de grand choix, pains et les viennoiseries pas très fraîches pour l’apéritif l’alcool et les bières sont payants et un service pas à la hauteur Je me suis permis de contester et dire mon mécontentement, nous avons eu une remise Par contre très belle chambre ,un bel hôtel dommage pour le service

Food not very good

If you've never stayed in a Fairmont Gold property you're missing out. It's basically a hotel within a hotel. You get your own dedicated check in desk with dedicated staff. You have a lounge to access with free beverages including an honor bar system where you can make your own drinks. You get breakfast and snacks included too. I had a king room with a city view. There is a lot of construction going on around the property so be aware of that. My room was very clean and the staff was very nice. If I had a nitpick it would be that it took a long time for the hot water to come on in my room. Like a good 5 minutes. I was on the 34th floor. I mention this because the property seems fairly new. In San Francisco I stay at the St. Francis and I haven't ever had that issue. Other than that very nice property.

As always, I enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Gold level. The staff are all so wonderful and welcoming. My number one place to stay in Austin!
