Clean and well organized. Very quiet even tho the parking lot was full. Location was ideal!!

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like.

Clean , well lit could use security personnel Front doors open automatically and we’re accessible for wheel chair but the side door entrance small made it difficult to roll wheel chair over the threshold And the entrance door to main staying rooms on first floor should be automatic like the main entrance doors this made it difficult to hold open for wheelchair to pass thru Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return hopefully adjustment would be strongly considered

The intention is good, simple and basic for a brief stay. The decoration is cheerful, trying to be tech style in efficiency. The receptionists were very nice.

Very badly managed. The floors were dirty; the rooms smelled bad and the “continental breakfast” tasted like a plastic breakfast. We spent 3 nights, 4 days, the room was never cleaned, the bed sheets and towels never changed. I asked to speak with the manager and the lady I spoke with said they had problems with staff, but I was never offered a kind of compensation, just an apology. Paying more than $500 / 3 nights you expect something better. The elevators and entrance to the hotel were dirty since the day we arrived, the floors are ceramic tiles, could have been cleaned easily. The location is not good, in the middle of a huge commercial parking lot. Not walkable at night.
