The location is absolutely perfect—right on the water and in the heart of everything. Whether you head left or right, you’re just steps away from incredible restaurants, shops, and attractions. What truly made our stay special, though, was the outstanding staff. Dawn greeted us with such genuine warmth and kindness from the moment we arrived. She took the time to tell us all about the area, shared fantastic recommendations, and you could immediately tell how much she loves both the hotel and the city. We followed several of her suggestions, and they ended up being some of the highlights of our trip. Ms. Jam was equally welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Between the amazing waterfront location and employees like Dawn and Ms. Jam who genuinely care about their guests, this hotel exceeded every expectation. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Baltimore and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
