Free parking! This is a rare commodity in Baltimore and very much appreciated! The location is perfect and the staff was super friendly!

The property is in a well maintained awesome location; accessible to highway/public transportation, grocery store, eateries, activities and gas station within the vicinity.

The property is well kept with the exception of low water pressure and wasn’t able to utilize the bathtub due to a mechanical issue. It was brought to management attention shortly after check-in and later. We were informed that the engineer would look into it and no one ever showed up. Also, it would be nice to have a coffee/tea station for guest outside of operational hours of 6am-10am.

La ubicación y limpieza del hotel. Pero sobre todo la amabilidad del personal para tratar de solventar nuestros problemas. No pudimos reservar online el "park and cruise" para dejar el coche para irnos de crucero y el personal de recepción nos ayudó y nos lo gestionó para que pudiésemos dejar el coche en el parking. Además comentamos con el servicio de la barra de la cafetería nuestro descontento con el desayuno y al menos nos dio dos vales de $10 cada uno para gastar en hoteles Marriott.

El desayuno. Pagué en booking por incluir el desayuno y éste era solo un frigorífico con un par de bebidas frías y unos yogures. Al precio pagado no merece la pena, no tuvimos ni café caliente por la mañana.
