Hotel Revival Baltimore

飯店人員很客氣友善。住宿地點在華盛頓紀念碑旁邊，相比觀光熱區這裡挺幽靜，公車也很方便，是個舒適的區域。

房間設施看似很有風格，但許多都損壞也沒修，咖啡桌的兩個座椅椅面都掉下來；床上的風格燈具一支鬆動下垂都快掉到枕頭上。這樣一晚住宿要價近300美金，令人不舒服。

The hotel was beautiful along with the location. The front desk stay was friendly and welcoming.

I booked the hotel well in advance because I wanted to try the restaurant for Father's day. Weeks later they cancelled the reservation due to a private event. I ultimately booked another restaurant and tried to cancel the reservation at this hotel. Booking said they sent the request, the Hotel claimed they never got it. I called the hotel 3 times and spoke to multiple people. I spent a significant amount of time talking to booking who told me the hotel needed to accept the request. The hotel kept denying that they got the request so ultimately we were forced to go. The room was terribly hot. It was June, the temperature alternated between 77 and 78 in the room despite being set to 69. It was 1 am, neither of us were going to pack all of our stuff to move to another room just for a couple hours since we booked on my 1 night. I don't even know if we wouldve gotten one because it was also Pride weekend parade and everything was booked. We suffered through it and checked out the minute it was daylight.
