Only downside: bathroom door didn’t shut all the way (knob wasn’t working).

The hotel is very lovely. Our room was spacious. We are not from Baltimore so we don’t know the area that well. It seemed Okay. We appreciated that at night time you had a security guard with a full uniform and gun on the inside that he seemed like really ready to guard the place and it makes us feel secure that you can’t get on the elevator without the key card things like that we like very much. We thought your staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great hotel. We would recommend it.

The air-conditioning in our room was very inconsistent and did not work well. We called the front desk and ask for a fan, but no one ever brought us one or got back to us. The only other thing I would say is that the cleanliness of the hotel could be better. For example, when you go to press the elevator button, it’s all dirty. When we went to our room, a half a bottle of wine was left open where the beverages were.
