The Fig Lobby Bangkok

Really cool design and concept, our room in particular was great and the perfect place for some chill time between travelling about. The location was good too, not exactly central but lots of good local food options nearby. The sauna and ice baths on the roof were a highlight (guests get a discount but still pay more than 400 baht pp). The roof in general was a nice place to spend time, we only ate once there but the food was really good.

Would have appreciated more engagement from the staff, I was aware that there was an art studio, pottery and spin classes but no one really told us anything about it, and service in rum and orange was kind of slow (50 minutes for a coffee). The gym and the pool are down the street in another hotel, it’s not far, but there should be more transparency about that on booking.

The interior is super nice. Stuff is friendly. And location is close enough by taxi to the main areas.

This is dog friendly hotel and although it’s great - but everything smells like dogs including furniture in the lobby which is not that great.
