This place has excellent reviews, but until you get there, you can’t even imagine it: they welcome you and treat you as if you were part of the family. The fact that the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and they take your luggage upstairs is just the basics—they do that elsewhere, too. But the fact that they book a taxi for you and come out with you, and tell the taxi driver in Spanish exactly where to take you; and that in the morning, even if you didn’t ask for breakfast, they’ll brew your favorite coffee— well, you won’t find that anywhere else, even though from Tokyo to Sydney, from New York to Hawaii, from Dubai to Rio, from Tanzania to Iceland — we’ve stayed in some amazing places. And they’re always so kind, smiling, courteous, and helpful!
