The cute little stuff they do after cleaning the room; they add a chocolate/ little note/ room spray .. also the layout of the room is great!

Absolutely stunning hotel – we couldn't have asked for a better stay! The breakfast was incredible, our room was beautiful and comfortable, and every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming. The rooftop pool is fabulous, with amazing views over Barcelona. We loved the attention to detail. Although the cocktails had to be served in plastic glasses for safety, they were still proper cocktail glasses, which made the experience feel that little bit more special. The location is perfect, within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, with a Lidl right next door for any essentials. We also really appreciated that the staff let us continue using the hotel's facilities after we'd checked out as we had an evening flight. Such a kind gesture that made our last day so much easier. We'd absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Overall staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms clean. Location perfect for browsing and short walks to all the tourist sites, but this hotel is not in center so do not expect to be near ramblas, this is for tourists who want to dig deep into Barcelona and find the real heart.

The pool deck is difficult to get beds, there are only 8. I suggest moving some of the seating area that did not get used (as you come out of the lift) for more beds. Also it seems there is only 1 staff member for any drinks or food and they come at 12 or 1pm, good to get them out early so we can get drinks or from menu as pool opens at 10am
