Quiet room. Good staff.

Location was not good. Construction in the muscle of the street. Had to have our taxi drop us off a block from the hotel.

Clean room, good location, and an average breakfast

A pair of our shoes went missing from the room. Shoes don't simply disappear, and it was impossible that we had lost them outside. After speaking with housekeeping, the manager repeatedly insisted the cleaner hadn't seen them, implying we were mistaken or lying. She was rude, showed absolutely no empathy, and handled the situation very poorly. There was no apology, reimbursement, or even a goodwill gesture. Very disappointing. Moreover, the room was very small, with hardly any space to open suitcases.
