Pan Pacific Beijing

Trotz dass mein Zimmer noch nicht bereit war (ich kam vor der eigentlichen Checkin-Zeit an) habe ich ein Upgrade erhalten, jedoch in einer unteren Etage, was für mich völlig ok war und durfte dadurch bereits früher ins Zimmer.

Das Personal sprach wenig bis kein Englisch, was man in einem 5-Sterne Hotel schon erwarten darf

The property is well maintained in a great area for accessibility. Great breakfast, good room and comfy bed.

We parked our car in the garage the experience was rather awful. Though I think most of the guests won’t experience it but the discounted QR code the reception handed to me did not work at all. We had to call the concierge every time to have them come down to scan their payment code to get out to get 50% as a hotel guest and everyone was not on the same page we had to explain ourselves multiple times to get ourselves out with the discounted rate.

Сделали ранний Check-inn, не заставили ждать до 14:00 как в других гостиницах

Very happy with the room we booked (Premier King Room). It was nice and spacious. It had floor to ceiling windows with great black out curtains. (Not much of a view but it did make the room like nice and bright) The bathroom had decent amount of counter space. One nice touch was the walk in closet. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant. The breakfast area size wise was pretty large but you may have to wait a bit at peak times to find a table. The breakfast selection was decent and the quality was good. They did a decent job rotating the selection every morning. The folks at the breakfast station were nice.
