* good location * beds and bedding are very nice and comfortable * 10 mins walk from the main station, 20 mins walk to Brandenburg Gate * upper floors are not that noisy

Premier Studio * The staff was very unpleasant at check in. We had a problem with the room, they gave us a very small one (it definitely wasn't the declared 34m4), my colleague had a room that matched what we ordered. The receptionist convinced me that we got "EXACTLY WHAT WE ORDERED". And that the rooms on the 7th floor are all the same, "END OF DISCUSSION"! This is nonsense, never take room 703, it is pitifully small for 2 people. The receptionist doesn't even know what rooms are in the hotel where he works. Finally he offered to change the room, but only the next day. * The hotel needs renovation, cleanliness is also a big problem. The rooms are cleaned once every 3 days, but no one told us that at check in. * The sauna was closed and according to previous guest reviews it has been closed for a long time, so they should stop listing it. * The room description states that a bathrobe and slippers are provided, but unfortunately they are not. You have to ask at the reception. * Breakfast food - quite poor selection, I didn't understand the portion in the bowls, each bowl has about one tablespoon of something (ham salad, hummus, ...). Never make the mistake like us and don't have dinner at the hotel. It's defrosted food from the microwave.
