Palacina Berlin - Serviced Apartments

I never got the instructions for collecting the keys after alrexietady having paid for a 17 day stay. IMagine my anxiety standing o0utside in the cold. Their office phone wouldnt answer either. Thanks only to another guest that went out of his way to help me and called another number someone finally privided the instructios

Great hotel; and very hospitable management team! The room (apartment actually) was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything necessary for our stay! I will definitely rebook the hotel when I return to Berlin!

Palacina Berlin Hotel is a true gem!!! The apartment was a little more grand than I expected, but that made the stay even better! A comfortable space, with lots of room in most areas of the apartment. Everything was in very good condition, and the amenities were good also (e.g., washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.). The location was great if in terms of closeness to two different subway lines. Most importantly, the property manager (Raphael) was extremely welcoming and helpful - always available and quick to respond to questions we had. I look forward to staying at Palacina Berlin Hotel again on my next trip to Berlin!

Having a kitchen as well as a dishwasher and washer/dryer was extremely useful. However, I found the dining room chairs to be extremely uncomfortable (hard and slippery). I had work to do and was not able to do it at the table because of the chairs. The lighting was also a bit dim and electrical sockets were in awkward places.
