Convenient to cruise port.

I booked a king room and only had a queen available. When asked response was “Sorry”.

Great location for getting on our cruise ship

No restaurant or bar attached, but the did have beer and wine available

Proximity to waterfront and to the cruise port is convenient.

Lack of amenities, inflated prices, unfriendly and unaccomodating staff and a lack of food or drink. This is a basic motel with a 5 star price.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful

I didn’t like the fact we had to eat our breakfast from paper plates with plastic cutlery like we were out camping. I expected a hotel in the Hilton chain to have crockery, silverware and glassware. The amount of paper and plastic used each day in this large hotel was astronomical and the environmental impact, not to mention a cost impact, feels completely unnecessary. I actually spoke to reception staff who said it’s the number one complaint from guests, but management don’t want to know. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends or family, which is a shame as in every other aspect, it’s a great place to stay.
