Location was perfect

Obviously this is a little specific, the floor was a little uneven in the carpet. It definitely could be a fall hazard for an elderly person. Overall we had a great experience. The staff was amazing

We booked 2 rooms and we received 2 rooms in different floors. 1

Good location. You can easily walk or use the T to get anywhere in Boston quickly from The Dagny. Interesting rooms & whole property, being different to the big chain hotels. Fast, efficient, check-in & checkout processes. Friendly staff. Good sized room.

Trying to decipher the different room types, either on booking.com or on the hotel's website is extremely difficult. Not convinced we received the room type we booked. Room type booked, shown on hotel website & booking.com, looked very bright & friendly. Room supplied was somewhat dark.
