Hotel Mousai Cancun Ocean Front Adults Only - All Inclusive

Me and my husband went to Musai for our wedding anniversary but our satys wasn't a great experience. First our A/C in the room was broken and was super cold and uncomfortable, we reported couple of times but they were unable to fix it. Also the phone in the room was not working and we were unable to call the room service. We report that too, but they were unable to fix it.The ither issue was we told them we have food restrictions and don't eat pork. When we were at the rooftop, we ordered two chicken sandwiches and I mentioned we don’t eat pork. When they bring the sandwiches, they were had bacon in the middle. My husband got very upset and we left the rooftop. We went back to our room to order room service, but the phone was not working so I went outside the room to find someone to help us. Finally with a help of housekeeper I calld room service to order another chicken sandwich with NO BACON!! And I repeated three times !!! Guess what!! They brought two chicken sandwiches with nacon again!!!! We spent $5000k for this trip which was waste of money!!!!!

Excelente decoração. Quartos espaçosos e restaurantes com muita qualidade. Espaços públicos muito bons. Áreas exteriores muito agradáveis e com várias lojas de conveniência.

A praia estava suja. a depender do vento, os esgotos fluem para a praia do hotel. Em 10 dias gastámos 700€ em gorjetas, os funcionários dos bares e restaurantes apresentam uma aplicação para confirmar a conta e definem de imediato a opção média de gorjeta de 15%, informando que se gostámos muito do serviço podemos clicar nos 20%. É desconfortável e intimidante, após pagar por tudo incluído.

Una excelente atención desde que realicé mi reserva me asignaron a mi mayordomo Alexa, cuando llegué estaba de descanso me asignó a Otra persona Rubisel, la habitación estaba súper bellísima unos arreglos por nuestro 30 aniversario de casados, los restaurantes La primera noche fuimos a Blanca Blue una cocina mexicana exquisita el corte de carne delicioso, el postre con dedicatoria rico, segunda noche a Fuimos a cenar a Dao una experiencia increíble comida china muy rica la atención del mesero muy agradable Fernando. La tercer noche cenamos Noi comida italiana nuestros meseros se esforzaron mucho por una excelente atención también llamado Fernando y el chef de comida Italiana Benito, en el día disfrutando de la piscina y playa nos atendió Blanca una excelente atención muy personalizada e Ivan los desayunos nos realizamos en el restorante Noi muy rico bastante variedad ,en los desayunos nos atendieron Abinadab, Enrique, Osvaldo e Ismael todos muy atentos, pasamos unas lindas vacaciones mil gracias a todos cuando la atención es maravillosa el dinero pierde su Valor

We had a wonderful experience at Musai in Cancun. The service throughout the resort was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and offered plenty of variety. The butler service was another highlight—attentive, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

The only thing that took away from the “all‑inclusive” feel was that some food items weren’t actually included, which wasn’t always clear upfront. It would be helpful to know in advance which dishes come with an extra charge. Also, after every meal we had to sign for tips, which felt a bit repetitive. I personally prefer giving cash tips directly to the staff, so having that option more clearly supported would be great.

Wunderschöne Luxuszimmer. Aussicht aufs Meer vom Whirlpool aus. Sehr gute Getränke und leckeres Essen. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel lief etwas enttäuschend.
