Not worth the value, wouldn’t come back, wouldn’t recommend
Mall in front of the hotel and 7/11 grocery Beach not busy and very clean A lot of good food and lot of variety Not repetitive meals Room service 24hrs available free Water machine in the room
Hotel is not well taken care of Dirty corridors Staff is not guest oriented, not motivated, some of them extremely rude with attitude however ladies by the pool bar very sweet and attentive Wait time for check in is 30min min, not enough staff to check in/check out, staff seem to be overwhelmed and annoyed, not friendly at all for the fact that front office service is first impression AC in the room is extemely poor, 22,5 degrees and very humid, bathroom smelly Not enough sun beds and umbrellas around the pool Lots of cabanas that are extra charge which no ones uses, should put some extra sun beds instead that would be of a good use Photos of the rooms are different than reality

Live Aqua is very beautiful. They just need to lower there price alittle and have more activities
