Staff not helpful and unorganized. We arrive about 30min after check in time. We stood in line and then given a key to a room. Went to our room which still had occupants there. We did this two times. Then our friends checking had the same problem along with other guests in lobby. We all kept being assigned rooms that were already occupied by other people. I had reserved a room with a king size bed but on the third time we were told we would have to take 2 queens instead because that was all that was available. No refund offered. We were told our money was with booking .com not them. The next day we were checking out and had to wait for about 45 min because the valet couldn’t find our car keys they had misplaced. We have never stayed anywhere and had this many issues in our life.
