Staff was so friendly and accommodating.

The driveway to pull in for drop-off/pick-up/valet is a little confusing and congested at first. Once you get the routine it’s fine.

We loved the full mini kitchen that was offered in the room. We were travelling with small children and this was helpful to plan meals for our travel day.

We didn't let that the room didn't have blackout curtains. The entire room was lit up all night from the streetlights/the building directly across from us. It was really hard to have a decent sleep especially with small children and long travel day ahead of us. Also we paid for the valley service that was pretty expensive and very disorganized. The morning of keys were misplaced and it delayed our start to our day. For the overall price I would expect better on both accounts.

great location for commute to a concert me and my sisters went to. Great valet and friendly bar staff.

when booking the valet should be listed as a separate service with a third party company. When booking online parking is stated its included and that is why I booked at this location, only to check in and find out its not included. That was dissapointing.

It was a place to stay

Being forced to pay for Valet and then never getting my car on time is certainly a choice. Never expect swift service. Our room was also not ready when we got there and was missing shampoo, body wash and other amenities.
