Everything but being charged twice.

For some reason you charged me the full amount after I already pre-paid through booking.com. you said you were just getting the security deposit. Now I'm sitting here wondering if that charge is ever going to clear.

Dusche: Sehr schön alles eingerichtet im Bad, aber in der Preiskategorie unbedingt Handbrause dazu und vernünftiger Wasserdruck, dieser war viel zu schwach. Ebenso Dusche oben beim Pool, kam nur kaltes Wasser

Meh, not worth or deserving of the price tag

Excellent room design, size. Bathroom, shower/ bath is excellent. Great mini bar selection Great Valet and Bell boy service Room service quality is good. Club sandwich index: 8/10

Reception staff were borderline comatose. Purely decorative and in no way communicated the “welcome home” attitude one would expect from a property at this price point. Also, your internet is an embarrassment, especially after paying for the superior connectivity.
