Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

Very upscale hotel with a very friendly and attentive staff. Room had an awesome view. Will stay here if we return to Chicago.

This is a fabulous property with a deeply experienced and fully engaged staff. Every detail was attended to, every interaction was caring and professional, and the overall experience was flawless.

This was my first visit to the Four Seasons Chicago, and I was very impressed with the level of service I received from everyone I encountered. While I've come to expect great service from the customer facing staff, it was the thoughtful attention to detail of the housekeeping staff that set this experience apart from any other hotel I have visited. The hotel is very beautiful, it is also immaculately maintained and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, My room was beuatiful and had stunning views. The staff anticipated every need. We had an amazing weekend. Our bartenders and wait staff took excellent care of us. They brought us wake me up shots, playing cards and great advice for exploring Chicago. We love coming here and will continue to come here several times a year for our staycations.
