Magnolia Studios

I love the courtyard, everything about the room, and the friendly staff who were kind even when I well-meaninglly "broke into" the main house. The neighborhood is beautiful (if you're not trying to drive through it).

This is no fault of Magnolia Studios, but it did make getting there harder. During my stay, a large number of streets into the neighborhood were closed due to construction. Though mostly they were closed to through traffic only, three separate GPS systems (Garmin, Google, and whatever is in a Jeep) were baffled. I had to print a map of the surrounding area and memorize the streets to have any chance of even entering the neighborhood, much less parking near the studios, and forget about doing it in the dark.

The owners were extremely helpful when I had an unexpected situation happen while leaving. They were ready to assist, and it resulted in my day going smoothly.
