Sophy-Hyde Park

Friendly staff.

Housekeeping was at times sub par.

Bedroom was comfortable

It was a longer haul into the city than I’d anticipated. The staff were pretty unengaged and not very welcoming or friendly. One morning I was sat down for breakfast by one lady, the place was almost empty and she said a server would be along shortly. After a 10 minute wait with no sign of service, I left.

Very clean and modern

The steam iron … I don’t like steam irons The description didn’t specify this was a steam iron when I booked the room

Very beautiful property with very nice rooms. The lobby and restaurant bar area were very inviting.

Great property, very nice location, excellent service and great staff.
