It was very clean and comfortable. The dinning area and room was so cute! The water pressure was really good. And the staff were all so friendly and inviting. The breakfast is a 10/10. We went to a night game at rates stadium and walked there and back. Super convenient. Loved the whole experience

It's a clean, tidy place. You should check out the Mayor's Room if you can. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The dinner there was excellent, I had the tilapia. The staff are full of information and history on the local area and very friendly and easy going, so you can get to know each other a bit. The neighbourhood is quiet, with some niche boutiques nestled within the residential blocks. The Polo is close to everything as it's not expensive to get around. Also good if you are a White Sox fan and they are playing at home.

It could do with a kettle in the kitchen for coffee and tea. They do provide water and seltzer. The wifi/internet is a little patchy but they did say that they are upgrading soon. No liquor license, but byob, that's not a gripe, just a heads up.
