Waldorf Astoria Chicago

Three staff members in particular, went out of their way to make sure we were well cared for: Daniel, when I called with jitters about the strike; Cheryl from Concierge who confidently gave us assurances about how they'd accommodate our daughter's wedding preps; and Holly, who reached out often and booked reservations. They also went out of their way to support my daughter's wedding day.

Breakfast was average and expensive. Would have been better as a European style buffet. More importantly, we had to wait 2.5 hours between when we arrived at 2:00 pm and when we finally got our room. I recognize that we had chosen a particular suite (expensive) and they were just coming off a strike as reasons they may have been slow. But I would have expected them to have it ready for us, particularly at the prices we paid.

Everything was excellent and the staff were courteous and helpful AND YOU GUYS SHOULD PAY THEM MORE as a union member myself IBEW 494, i support the workers, and at 1300 for a single night i think yall can cut loose a bit and take care of your people

That the owners/management don't pay their employees enough and that have to strike

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for five days while visiting Chicago. Both my wife and I agree that this was the most pleasant stay we have ever experienced in a hotel. Every employee we encountered was happy and helpful. Here are some of them: Logan, Cam, Janella, Will, Eleni, Graham, Maya, Alicia, Anthony, Beth, the housekeepers, the turn-down gal... and so many more whose names I never wrote down. Along with the luxurious surroundings, it all added up to a wonderful experience! We hope to return some day.

Waldorf Astoria Chicago Staff was awesome!!! I mean everyone!!! Room was immaculate!!! I highly recommend staying here… the location is perfect as it’s not on a main street so it was very quiet at night. It was worth every penny… the courtesy car was very helpful. The whole atmosphere in the hotel was welcoming and inviting.

Prime location easy access to everything yet it feels very quiet and peaceful in the hotel Hospitality is always amazing there. My go to place in Chicago
