Dining in options were great, service was unmatched

I asked for alcohol to be removed from the room, but it never was

clean, good location

The food is so badddddd is even worse than any food from airport food quality. I ordered breakfast twice and this lunch. The breakfast smells disgusting , eggs are from plastic package. The lunch pasta is soft/overcooked, chicken breast tastes over proceed and cheap quality, and sauce is disgustingly. This certainly does not match the level of five star hotel catering.

The location was fabulous for walking to all the shopping and restaurants. It had excellent staff and facilities.

It was a little more expensive than I normally would pay

I loved how i came there and everyone was so welcoming and wanted to bring my bags up for me i even left my phone and charger in the car and they were going to bring it up to my room. Room service brought me two separate orders because i ordered the wrong thing and sat the plate down right in front of me. I was on the 25th floor and had the best view ever. 10/10

I have nothing bad to say about the property. If anything the driveway was a little hard to find if ur not Chicago born and raised
