Hôtel Swexan

Me and my boyfriend could not get any decent sleep. Around 8am till 11am we were bother by the house keeping, everything 30 minutes to 40 they keep knocking on the door at one point they even walked in while we were sleeping. On top of that the hotel was having fire drills all morning, I know it’s it’s needed am I’m glad they’re making sure it’s up to code but just see how things keep waking us up. I can ignore the loud sound but not people coming into the room, I can’t imagine what they’re doing while we’re gone. We had the room till 12pm but decided we couldn’t take it anymore, now everything else was an amazing it just all went downhill in the morning.

Camera ampia e bellissima, letto comodo e bagno dotato di vasca standing e stupenda doccia. Lo staff è gentilissimo (super carina la ragazza al check in al nostro arrivo), disponibile e sempre sorridente. La piscina all’ultimo piano una bella chicca.

Vanno migliorate le tende delle camere perché non oscurano a sufficienza dalla luce esterna (considerate anche le altezze delle finestre). Qualità della colazione al ristornate al piano terra decisamente da migliorare.

Staff was great! The public spaces were designed beautifully. The Valet staff was incredible!!!!

The rooms for the price could’ve been nicer! The clientele was interesting on the rooftop- open to public.
