Friendly staff

Room card didn't work for parking, had to hunt down our server for breakfast both days, bed was stiff, pillows are flat, room to small for what i paid.

Everything was great. From the room, to the service, to the amenities. However, Valerie seemed genuinely vested on us having a great stay. Thanks Valerie for the outstanding service.

The view is nice, depending on which side of the hotel room you choose. I was given an odd number and I could see down below that the trains still run through this part of town. The room is clean and the noise level is low. I am a vegan and the hotel menu has no vegan dish. So I asked to speak with the manager, I explained my situation and he was extremely accommodating to help rectify the situation. The Asador, Assistant Restaurant Manager who name is Gurkan Eyigor had the chef make me a special vegan dish and it was superb. I want to say thank you for such great service being attentive to the customer dietary needs. You all did a great job hiring this gentleman. If more companies would just listen to the needs of their costumers they can get so much more business. Word of mouth goes a long way. I just want to say thank you to Gurkan for such great customer service.

Everything was great. Vance the valet attendant was awesome. Helped my husband with our luggage. The room was great and atmosphere was awesome.
