Nice but overly priced!

The rooms didn’t have enough light, the AC was unpredictable. A lot of money to spend for for the price.

Fantastic place to stay, professional service by the staff was beyond our expectations.

Timothy was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing information and assistance to our room and about the hotel.

Some of the people in the station/ hotel lobby were smoking marijuana in an area where no smoking is allowed at all.

L’hotel è molto bello e la posizione, all’interno della stazione, rappresenta una situazione insolita: personalmente non mi era mai capitato. Un Valet Service decisamente professionale e coerente con la categoria dell’hotel.

Purtroppo la vicinanza ai binari comporta un livello di rumore significativo. La prima notte, ad esempio, un camion è rimasto fermo per diverse ore sotto la nostra finestra per effettuare operazioni di carico e scarico. Anche il servizio non è all’altezza di una struttura a cinque stelle: lo staff appare approssimativo e poco preparato.

Cleaning our room late in the day. We opted out of getting it clean, because we had gotten back from sight seeing and were too tired to wait while they worked, on multiple days.
