بس لو يغيرون تواقيت شكىوت ويخلونها 3 او 4 العصر بكون ممتا عن اساعه 12 لنه يكون مزعج اساعه 12

We requested for a late check out by 2pm & the receptionist said it's ok but later we were informed that we will have to check out at 1pm whereas our checkin was also late by 1 hour as the room was not ready
