I requested a vat receipt and the duty manager said contact Booking.com as they were lying about who issued the vat invoice/receipt. I showed him their email which clearly stated hotel would issue receipt which I find always to be the case ,In the end I left without a receipt and requested that someone from accounting call me . I am a business man & I stay in hotels all over Europe & Ireland & unfortunately this is the first time I had to leave without a receipt which I needed for my accounts office

Great location clean good food great door staff

Had a problem with the Sommelier sent us a newer wine than ordered when I spotted this he didn’t handle it well Reported it to front desk said they would investigate and report back on check out no mention of the incident I had to raise it again. Also coffee machine not maintained staff at front desk and restaurant seem to congregate in groups and chat to each other a lot looks like the are missing a floor manager.Still Dublins best hotel but things are slipping hope some one stops the rot before it takes root
