Will never stay at this hotel location again the Drury is so much better in so many ways. Too bad they were booked for t

Having to check out towels from front desk for pool and returning them while still wet in our bathing suits Pool being dirty Jacuzzi not working (reason why I rented this hotel) Only two towels in actual room had to go down stairs to get more towels So much clutter around the pool including chemicals for pool exposed everywhere Pool having a bad smell as well Left a blanket at hotel and called to ask if I could pick it up later they said housekeeping told them there was no blanket and IT was in fact left behind

Aryana at the front desk is truly amazing! She helped me with our mixed up reservation from Expedia. She spent more than 30 minutes figuring out the issue. She is friendly, kind, and helpful! Plus she is so nice and polite. She is a difference maker! 10/10 for her!
