Checking in at front desk went ok. Never received instructions on how to lock & unlock the lockers. No attendant in Men’s or Ladies locker room/ changing areas. We had been asking for an 80 min or longer and were told we could only have a 50 min. Upon arriving 45 mins early they told us the last couples session “no showed” so they can start early, I requested to add the time to our session and was told it could not be done. Requested Deep Tissue massages which there was no deep tissue part to the massage and my partners massage therapist wore latex gloves for full massage and never asked if she was allergic to latex. The massages were more like an oil rub down! We are highly disappointed in today’s experience at this Spa. We will definitely not be returning to this spa. I would suggest you look elsewhere.
