Had emergency try to change reservation lost money no manager or supervisor onsite try to talk to front desk was told nothing they can do I lose the money because of how my reservation

Couple of problems with the room. Drain plug in sink didnt function. Switch fall off the wall overnight. Both reported as we checked out
