Uncomfortable beds and grumpy staff, it’s a no for me!

Room was clean

Very uncomfortable bed, pillows hard as rocks, mattress covers with something like rubber burning my skin!

I like the location and the room for the price but I require internet and a pool/

the room was spacious and well equipped

My first stay was 10 days. I complained that the ladder to the pool was broken. The receptionist acknowledged that he already knew. I returned a second time and the ladder still broken. I select my hotel for a pool and would not stay there again just for that reason. The wifi barely worked and most of the time not at all.
