Lovely Suite. Cooking not possible.

12th Floor Suite. Clean. Spacious. Upgraded Finishes. Comfy Furniture Bed Linens. Hot Shower. Kitchenette had lovely granite finishes. Toaster.Kettle. Microwave. Mugs. Glasses, Coffee and Sugar. No plates, no cutlery, no cooking utensils. Pans/pots still in box.

For sure I will be back

Great place, very clean and large rooms, the people at the restaurant were very welcoming. The food at the breakfast buffet menu was excellent.

Highly Recommend

Highly recommend this hotel. The building is not modern but it is very good. Did not give it 5 stars because the breakfast buffet is not worth the money. I stayed here when it was known as The Mercure Hotel, not much has changed since. I will gladly stay here again. There are better places to grab a bite to eat for the same price and at a walking distance. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is professional and friendly.

What can I not say everything was clean? Customer service was excellent food for the breakfast buffet was amazing. Every detail as expectation was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place and we’ll go this place every time I go to Guatemala thank you staff
