Vivotel Boutique Zona 1 Guatemala

The property was very pretty and quaint. Initially had an issue which was very musty. I requested another room and was immediately moved to a perfect room. Front desk staff was very apologeticand escorted me to another room. Room encircle a very pretty patio filled with plants.

Todo en la propiedad es excelente, instalaciones, personal 10 de 10, el lugar bastante bien ubicado si se desea tener actividades en el centro de la ciudad. El entorno (que eso no tiene nada que ver con la propiedad) es inseguro y tiene mal aspecto

Came back from a days trip very tired and there was construction work going on next to us from midnight to around 3:30 am. Communicated this to person in charge who apologized but nothing else. My son more than anything who had the bedroom right next to the noise was not happy. The other issue is having to call every other day for bathroom supplies as we stayed there for a whole week. I will say the staff was very courteous.
