Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong

Everything! The staff are what makes it though - special thank you particularly to Leah, Emily and the rest of the team on the kids floor. You made us have a fantastic trip, we will always remember. We are particularly grateful for you for organising gf meals for our coeliac daughter. The pantry, the hangout etc have everything you need when travelling with kids such as nappies, prams, bottles, cots, washing machines etc. Our kids also loved the activities you organised too. The rooms are modern and very clean. The pool staff are also amazing - thank you! We have just arrived at Disney world HK and our kids prefer the kids floor at Shangri la! We cannot fault the hotel, particularly the kids floor. We can’t wait to return!

The concierge was very helpful to amend a transport booking!

Shower. The shower head could only turn to the left or turn to the right, but could not work in a straight forward position.

A hidden oasis. I loved our time at the Shangri-La. Best pool area, the rooms are beautifully renovated and the bedding luxurious.
