Disappointment beyond belief

The location was good

The foyer smelt so strong it gave me a headache each time. For a five start hotel, there was no amenities, no bar, the lifts were dodgy and felt like they would break down, the furniture in the room is extremely dated and everything creeks. We came from a five star and I wouldn’t even rate this a 3. It is also extremely noisy at night time and you won’t be able to sleep as it’s not double glazed. You got no rove, no complementary drinks and no breakfast for the cost you pay. Worth staying elsewhere

Relaxing and fun

Stayed many times before and sometimes it’s really noisy because of the local area. This time it was quiet and relaxing. Room was really nice and staff helpful.
