Not 4 star hotel

Not as depicted, 4 star hotel Dirty towels Smell Doors didn't close properly Plumbing issues throughout stay- stagnant shower water, toilets required multiple flushes Broken, stained second hand furniture Dirty looking hall carpets, walls, elevators. Just not worth the lower price, as it overcast our entire trip

Room was nice because the bathroom was away from the bed area. The AC works well. I liked that the ABC store is just right outside the hotel. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner smell wonderful. Loved that there was a microwave and had a large refriderator.

The showers... the glass needs to be longer to stop the water from getting everywhere like the toilet area or tile near the sink/door entry. The ice machine... why does it need to be down by the parking lot area and near the dirty washing machine area? There should be an ice machine on every floor. People shouldn't have to get dressed like they are going on an outing, just to get ice from the hotel. This is the first hotel Ive stayed at that did not have an ice machine on the floor you were rooming on. The carpet on our floor smelled really bad. The breakfast menu... the paper menu that is conveniently located on the night stand is different from what is offered on line. Please make things consistent. We wanted waffles and that was not available when we scanned the QR code to order online.
