⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Palace Inn Blue Federal Road exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, my wife and I felt genuinely welcomed. The property was exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable, and well maintained, making it one of the best places we stayed during our trip. What truly made the experience outstanding was the exceptional customer service. Kenny was incredibly professional, friendly, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. His colleague who worked the following day was equally outstanding. Understanding that we had traveled a long distance, he kindly gave us a little extra time before checkout, which we sincerely appreciated. That small gesture meant a great deal to us and demonstrated true customer care. It is rare to find employees who treat guests with such kindness, professionalism, and respect. Both gentlemen are a tremendous asset to this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. Because of the outstanding hospitality we received, whenever we travel through this area again, Palace Inn Blue Federal Road will be our first choice. We look forward to staying here again.
